DESCRIPTION:Hertfordshire Health Walks are a brilliant programme of inclusive walks with a range of options suitable for everyone\, whatever your fitness level\, they are suitable for all abilities. They are free to join and a great way to meet people\, get to know your local area and improve your personal health and wellbeing. \nWoodoaks Farm Walk takes place on the first Friday of every month. \nAll walks are free with no booking required. Just turn up at least 10 mins before the start time shown\, as they set off promptly and there will be a pre-walk briefing. \nWalk starts at 9.30am for up to 2 hours.   Grade 4 walk Up to 90 minutes\, faster pace\, possible steep inclines\, stiles (5 miles or less). \nMeet at the Teashack at Woodoaks Farm\, Denham Way\, Maple Cross\, Rickmansworth WD3 9XQ \n
