DESCRIPTION:Come and settle into a slice of peace and calm on the farm as we celebrate Winter Solstice – the shortest day of the year recognised by holidays and festivals in many cultures around the world. \nThis special practise will be led by Wendy. \nClass costs £10.00 and is suitable for all levels. \n100% proceeds to charity – split between The Alzhiemer’s Society and Woodoaks Farm as part of the Soil Association\, supporting the work we do with wildlife and habitat restoration – reconnecting communities back to food\, farming and nature. \nPlease arrive with Yoga mats\, blankets and layers of clothing so you can add or peel off as necessary. Feel free to bring a warming hot drink too. \nSpare Yoga mats are available.
