DESCRIPTION:Join The Woodoaks Team for an informative but friendly evening discovering how Woodoaks is moving forward with regards to nature recovery and woodland restoration. \nThis year\, our focus is very much on the future of Bottom Wood and the imminent works that are required to kickstart the woodland back into life! \nWe will talk felling\, regeneration\, pest and disease management and the importance of community in the ongoing restoration of the woodland. \nA perfect opportunity to find out more about the farm\, ask questions and get involved. \nThe evening is FREE. Teas and coffees available. \nRegister now to come along. \nTime: 6-8pm \nLocation: The Black Barn\, Woodoaks Farm\, Denham Way\, Maple Cross\, Rickmansworth\, Herts. WD3 9XQ \nJunction 17 off the M25. Please note you can no longer turn right into the farm from the M25. You will need to drive past and take a sharp right at the traffic lights/crossroads and double back down the slip road onto the Denham way. \nThere is free parking and toilets on site. \nAt this time of year things can get quite muddy\, so please wear appropriate footwear and plenty of layers to ensure you’re warm in the barn 🙂 \n

DESCRIPTION:HALF TERM BUILD YOUR OWN BIRD BOX WORKSHOPS \nTHURSDAY 19TH FEBRUARY  \n10-11.30 & 12.00 – 1.30  \nCome and  join us to build your own bird box and give nature a helping hand. \nEnjoy some hands on fun getting busy with drills\, screwdrivers and wood as we help your young nature lovers create nesting boxes for the birds in your garden. \nNo previous tool experience necessary! Woodoaks volunteers will be on hand guiding us through the process. \nSuitable for all ages and abilities. Children must be accompanied by an adult. \nPlaces are limited to 15 Bird Boxes per session. \nPLEASE NOTE … TICKETS ARE BEING ADDED AS WE SPEAK TO BE PATIENT THEY WILL ALL BE LOADED SOON!
