Willow Planting Collaboration with Mission Employable, Crops For Energy and Rothamsted Research teams.

Woodoaks Farm to feature on BBC1's Countryfile for the second time.

Woodoaks is back on BBC1’s Countryfile this weekend. Tune in this Sunday 9th March at 5.15pm. The farm will feature once again as they follow our ranger Steve Dutch coppicing the edge of Ladywalk Woods alongside Chiltern Rangers CIC and our volunteer team.

Community Volunteers Rise up to Tree Plant at Woodoaks farm

Last week we kicked off the creation of our Woodland Shelter Belt. It was all hands on deck as 60 community volunteers planted 500 trees with stakes, guards and woodchip in place. Those trees are good to grow!

Swiss Architecture Students visit Woodoaks to Explore Lime Rendering using Farm Sourced Materials

Over the weekend a brilliant group of Architecture students from EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland, travelled to Woodoaks to carry out site investigations for their design projects taking part in a lime rendering workshop.

Chorleywood School Visits Woodoaks to make 29 Birdboxes

Christchurch Primary School Chorleywood joined us on the farm to create 29 bird boxes. Busy children, volunteers and teachers put together 174 pieces of reclaimed wood, lovingly cut & prepped by education volunteer Eco Ted.
